The Institut de France is delighted to present, during European Heritage Days, costumes created by young patients at the Margency Children's Hospital of the French Red Cross.
They were created as part of an art workshop, Sur un lit de couleurs (On a bed of colors), led by visual artist Caroline Desnoëttes. Visitors will be able to admire the inventiveness of these young artists, aged 6 to 17, who have given new life to obsolete medical objects and turned them into works full of imagination and fantasy. For two days, the Institut's salon des conversations will become a place for exciting dialogue between art and health. A wonderful escape!
